The writer quoted Mark Twain as having said something like this:
"Don't part with your illusions; you may continue to exist, but you will cease to live."
This could be chiselled on my tombstone.

I like that - it's like saying "never give up your dreams."
i don't like it. it makes me think he's validating people who have such hard lives that they must escape to a fantasy world to "live."
of course i must have misunderstood it, b/c i misunderstand everything, but that's the thought that hit me and i no like it :( lol
neways, umm, here's a better one:
"Meridia should be made over-the-counter."
I don't think you misunderstood it, dee, so much as you gave it one possible interpretation. It can be looked it in a more positive way as well.
And what the heck is "Meridia?"
