It is, definitely, a Jaguar...

And here's the proof...

Some confusion is understandable. I doubt there are many like it in Memphis yet. But this car, which was randomly parked behind it, should be familiar....

Wouldn't mind owning either one, though the 'Vette is in dire need of some TLC....

A red Corvette! I love them. :) You are correct, this one does need some TLC.

I think I'd prefer and Aston Martin DB. Prrrrrr.
Sorry, Kim. No one in my neighborhood has an Aston. Peasants.
I like the Corvette. I've never really been one for Jags though, I don't know why. I don't like Beamers either.

Ahhh! The smell of leather seats, the feel of the smooth ride with so much power. Gee better stop, or I am going to start drooling.

I guess you don't actually mean the car is for me. I was hoping, but I looked outside and determined that it is definitely parked by my curb.
You can keep the Vette if I have a choice. After 65 or so they lost some of their appeal to me.
Although I did drive a relatavely newer one and it had scary power.
Jag would be OK.
I mean it is NOT by my curb
All it would take put put the Jag at your curb would be a cool $90K or so, HarpO...pocket change, right?
You're right about later 'Vettes. Not as nice as the early stuff. A '66 427 or a '57 "fuelie" would be my choice. Or a new Z06....
