yeah....me too!!! our UHP are real taser freaks!!! they're all cowboys out here....and can't wait to shoot people with something. a guy two years ago was threatening to commit suicide with a gun in his mouth and they shot him. i think the truth of the matter is they are all chickenshits and figure they would get their asses kicked otherwise.

If they screened for sadistic tendencies, probably 75%,or more, of the cops in America would not make the cut. This is one case they couldn't have picked a better guy, and it made for a good ring tone. To be more annoying than Kerry takes some doing.
