...has been answered by -- who else? -- the Japanese!

Now all we need to do is figure out a use for the hideously expensive thing...

I can just see all the bike messengers out there forming a union to stop the robots from taking their jobs.

Sugar -- I don't think the robot's quite ready for that yet. It'd need "eyes" in the back of it's "head" so as not to be skooshed by cars....
