More Barbara!

Barbara Dennerlein, that is....

YouTuba and blogger aren't being cooperative these days, so I can't download the direct image link here. Fooey.

But if you want to watch her perform -- and it's the fastest 2:44 I've ever watched! -- all you have to do is click here and enjoy!

I can't get enough of this. A beautiful woman making incredible music is my idea of what heaven must be like....

One of the things that really grabs me is the little smile when she lays down a solid riff....

Hey, if you look to the right and dwon a few there are more videos of her, longer ones.
That woman has a blast. That leg action is...well..somrthing. On many levels.
That is the real deal there. She's something extra. Without a doubt.
This one I'm watching the horn players are standing over there just enthralled watching her. I see what you mean.
She is the epitome of cool. Doesn't play it, she be's it.

Yeah, I watched the others, too. I like this one best 'cause it focuses on her.

My music teacher would have winced at her pedaling technique (it's not the "classic" kind of footwork), if he could have stopped looking at her stems long enough to see the technique.

But it works, man. Like the guy who posted the vid said, she's the Goddess of the Hammond.

AWESOME. I bet that left leg is wiped out at the end of a night. She's a joy to watch and listen to...thanks

Oh well,

Anne dear, only on very rare occasions -- a brilliant talent like Barbara, for example -- will I post YouTube links.

I hope you can go to her site and listen to the samples.
