Being the first on my block...

...to switch over to Firefox 2.0!

I've only had it up and running for maybe 20 minutes, but I dig it. Some of the new features are quite nice (particularly the automatic spell checker, which has already been flashing those wavy red "error" lines at me), and it looks attractive on my screen.

The price is very right, too!

Another thorn in Blll Gates's ass!

I'll replace my current version of FF with 2.0, but it won't be replacing IE as my main browser anytime soon.

Spell checkers irk the xqryz outta me. I type a word into google if I really need a spell check.

I'm sticking with the Evil Empire for now.

I'm so happy not to have IE in use any longer (except for Microsoft updates, which don't work with FF)...as far as I'm concerned, IE is prnmse.

It could be from the vast amount of time I spend online, but I don't have most of the issues with IE that others do. I can't get my Netscape mail with it, but that's pretty much it.

You never know what evil little nhwth might be worming its way through the leaky patches on IE, dal.

Perhaps, but using FF does not keep you safe from the leaky rjdqvt that is Windows (although I don't have a lot of problems there, either). 'Tis why my PCs sit behind a router and use ZoneAlarm.

Paula has Firefox. I've been thinking of getting it but I'm not sure I would understand it.

I've been using FF for quite some time..I even use their mail program Thunderbird. Only complaint I have is that some sites don't support it. For things like Yahoo games I still use exploder....errrr.....explorer

I can only say, WHAT TOOK YOU SO LONG?! ;-) I don't even have a shortcut icon to Explorer anywhere handy, so really have to go digging for it when I bump into THOSE websites that require it. Have you tried out the "Open in Tabs" feature at the bottom of any folder full of bookmarks? Very cool!
