jf -- They're not really strays. The park is their home, and they get regular feeding and vet care. Many (the black ones) are descendants of cats that have lived in the area for over 100 years.

I am always shocked by the amount of stray cats you have there.

i am so glad they arent strays..it had me worried for a minute..
As long as they are legal, I won't mind them getting free health care and free food :)
