...it was hot again; I can tell you that much. Hobbes knew it as well; amazing how tired a cat can get from doing nothing....

I read that cats can sleep up to 16 hours a day, sometimes because they're bored.
I only sleep 5-6 hours a day. The rest of the time I just switch off my brain.
I felt that way the last few days myself. I still make myself get up and get going. Hope you are staying at least a little cool.

we just got home from a few days away and my son told me the cat had been missing for 4 of them! i was frantic and called him for hours. He came eventually looking so thin and then went again. We have a heatwave here too so i wonder if its that?..I feel better knowing hes around but its so unlike him not to eat...
I left a comment here some time ago but it's gone now! *snif* must be the heat....
susananne -- it's probably the heat. Or maybe he's mad at you because you didn't take him on holiday!

my lovely cat Felix died this morning at 1.40. i couldnt pm you but i wanted you to know. right now i havent any words to say but would appreciate your thoughts and prayers.
