Lens therapy...

...is taking my camera when I go for walks, so I won't have as much time to think while walking.

Aside from the therapeutic value of snapping away, I didn't see much that was all that interesting.

There was an old-fashioned dog on an old-fashioned porch...

There were flowers...

And pelicans...

Better still, the five-mile walk and frequent stops to snap photos used up two hours that wouldn't otherwise have passed by as painlessly....

Scribbs, you take awesome photos! Those are absolutely lovely and I'm glad it was good therapy for you as well! (((hugs)))

Lately, I always have a camera at hand, even if it's just the one in my phone. I didn't see anything snap worthy today, though.

We got dogs, we got porches, we got flowers inside where it's warm, but we ain't got no pelicans.

dal -- we got an ass-load of pelicans around here. Probably as many as we got dogs. Not as many as flowers, though.

You are using my therapy. That's why I started walking. Faster and faster to stay ahead of my thoughts. Works for me. Has for years. Walk on.

So that's what an old fashioned dog looks like.

I think I'll take up walking with my camera...
It is dreary out If I take a pic I will title it "Tan" or"Not Tan" if I happen to see something that isn't.

MrScribbler... these pictures are so pretty and I love your "Lens Therapy" terminology!

I keep forgetting to take mine along except for planned outings. {{hugs}}
