But there are always things to see. This feral cat lives at the "other" nearby beach...
And these ducks were new to me. They are not the ones I've seen before on another street...
This little terrier was watching his people eat at a local outdoor cafe...
Some strange plants grow around here...
And I guess the only thing you could call this is the "Mailbox of the Beast..."

Nice plants. Are those feral ducks? I was wondering if they ever fall prey to feral cats.
I'll bet those people would pay money for that picture of their little shirt wearing dog. That is a classic.
JohnO -- They're not feral ducks. They're big enough to stomp the bejeebers out of any cat who gets close. One of the other two ducks in the neighborhood is often guarded by two large dogs when walking around in her front yard.
I'll be sending the dog's owners a copy of the pic. They were nice. They even bought him a hamburger patty at the restaurant.
It looks like he saw the hamburger in his future. Normally I am no fan of doglets, but this one really is appealing.

That terrier is just like a dog, only smaller. The plants are rather spooky, though.
And I'll bet the little mutt enjoyed that burger, too. Too cute. :)
