We get the general idea anyway. Sydney's had a massive amount of rain and lots of freaky storms in the past month. We're a couple of milimetres short of record rainfall for December (just in time for me to get a new bike!). After years of drought and El Nino, we're now in the El Nina weather cycle. Hmmm, maybe cycle wasn't the appropriate word to use!
It is quite a stunning photo.

ReplyDeletekim -- Up here, El Nino brings us rain, and La Nina brings drought.
ReplyDeleteI guess with the two different conditions, it's a kind of bi-cycle.
I have two bicycles on my balcony... I could name them Niño and Niña.
ReplyDeleteIt is a lovely photo. I love rain pictures.
ReplyDeleteLike I said, I love rain pictures.

I love watching raindrops fall on water. It doesn't matter if that water is a puddle, a pool or a lake. I find it wonderfully relaxing.

The rain isn't helping my sanity either, Scribbler. I think you're right---it's an L.A. thing.
ReplyDeleteVery cool picture, though!
